Measurement Instructions

For inside mounting cell blinds, you need a minimum of 2" window frame depth. The width of the black-out shades should be 1/2" less than the window width. The length of the blinds should be 2 inches longer than the window length. For outside mounting, the cellular blinds need to be 4 inches wider and longer than the window width and length for better coverage.
