Our roller blinds require different measurements for inside and outside mounting: - Inside mounting: For roller blinds, a minimum 2" window frame depth is needed. - Outside mounting: For blackout shades, the custom window width should be 1/2" less than the window width, and the length should match the window length. - For better coverage, outside-mounted roller shades should be 4 inches wider and longer than the window dimensions.
