Our roller window shades use an ultrasonic cutting process, ensuring precise fit and measurement. The fabric is made from 100% polyester, with four different coatings offering various benefits:

Material of Blackout Roller Blinds

Our blackout shades use a 38mm thickened aluminum alloy roll tube, which enhances the load-bearing strength of the roller blinds. This ensures that the window blinds stay level when pulled down, without tilting. The bottom-weighted aluminum alloy lower beam provides robust support, making the fabric hang evenly and smoothly. This results in a clean and vertical appearance.

Easy to Install and Clean

Our roller shades use screws to secure mounting brackets on both sides. Assembling the blackout fabric completes the installation. The blackout fabric is made of polyester, offering a soft and light texture. It’s easy to clean and resistant to dust accumulation. The 100% blackout fabric is also durable, less prone to deformation, and less likely to fade over prolonged sun exposure. The mounting brackets are rust-resistant, ensuring longevity.

Custom Roller Shades

For inside mounting, blackout shades need a minimum 2-inch window frame depth. The shade width should be 1/2 inch less than the window width. For pull-down shades, the length should be 2 inches longer than the window length. For outside mounting, the roller shade should be 4 inches wider and longer than the window width and length for optimal coverage.
